  3. How do I change the e-mail address and/or password associated with my CKE18.com account?

    Log in to your account from the CKE18 home page and then choose "Edit Profile" from the Members Menu. This section allows you to change and update your username, name, e-mail address, and password.

  4. What should I do if I forget my CKE18.com account password?

    If you forgot your CKE18.com account password, click on the "Lost Password?" link from the CKE18 home page.

    On the next page, enter the email address associated with your CKE18.com account for us to send you a new password. Check your email for the password that we have sent you. Use this new password to log in to CKE18.com. After logging in, we recommend changing the password to one that you would prefer.

  5. I clicked "Lost Password?" and did not receive a new password e-mail.

    If you have a spam filter enabled on your e-mail account, then the e-mail with your new password may have been marked as spam. Check your spam folder for the email. If there was a typo in your e-mail address when you signed up or you no longer have access to the e-mail address associated with your CKE18.com account, than you should send an e-mail to Konnichiwa Media Customer Support.

  6. How can I update or change my Billing Information?

    Your Billing Information is handled by our payment processing partner(s). After joining CKE18.com, you should receive an email from them acknowledging your payment. Please follow their instructions to securely update your billing information.

    If your payment was made through CCBill, please visit their Customer Support Portal for assistance.

    Depending on your payment method, you may also find a link to your billing information inside your CKE18 Account Profile titled "Update Credit Card." Here you can also securely update your billing information.
