CKE18.com Billing Information

Payment Processing for CKE18.com recurring subscription services is handled by our payment processing partner, CCBill, LLC. If you are not familiar with CCBill, please take a moment to read their Consumer Terms and Conditions.   1. What is "Automatic Recurring Billing?"

    Subscription fees are automatically renewed at the end of the original term selected, for a similar period of time, unless notice is received from the subscriber seven (7) days before renewal. All special introductory offer Members shall be exempt from the 7-day notification requirement, but subscriber must notify CCBill directly 24 hours prior to the end of the trial/special offer period in order to cancel automatic renewal. All trial/special offer memberships shall renew at the stated membership rate.

  2. Can I use a debit card to register?

    Yes, you can sign up online using your debit card or a credit card. Please see our current subscription offers on the CKE18.com Join Page.

  3. How can I update or change my Payment Information?

    Your Billing Information is handled by our payment processing partner(s). After joining CKE18.com, you should receive an email from them acknowledging your payment. Please follow their instructions to securely update your billing information.

    If your payment was made through CCBill, please visit their Customer Support Portal for assistance.

    Depending on your payment method, you may also find a link to your billing information inside your CKE18 Account Profile titled "Update Credit Card." Here you can also securely update your billing information.

  4. I would like my CKE18 subscription to be charged to a different credit card on the next billing period than the one that was most recently charged. How can I update my billing information?

    If you would like a different credit card to be charged on your next billing period, please refer to the email you received from our payment processing partner when you signed up to CKE18.com.

    If your payment was made through CCBill, please visit their Customer Support Portal for assistance.

    Depending on your payment method, you may also find a link to your billing information inside your CKE18 Account Profile titled "Update Credit Card." Here you can also securely update your billing information.

  5. How do I cancel my subscription?

    If your payment was made through CCBill, please log in to CCBill Support and request a cancelation. You may also send an email to support@ccbill.com. When sending email requests please provide as much information as possible, e.g., subscription ID number, e-mail address, username, last name, and ZIP code.

    If your payment was made using a different method, please refer to the email you received from our payment processing partner when you signed up to CKE18.com.

  6. Will I be charged a cancellation fee? What is CKE18.com's refund policy?

    There are no cancellation fees. You will not be charged any subscription fees after your cancellation date. There are no refunds for partial months or unused portions of annual subscriptions. Any subscription related charges made to your account prior to cancellation are non-refundable. If you request cancellation or request a refund from CCBill, your bank, card issuer, or phone company due to unauthorized or fraudulent use, CCBill can at its discretion, to prevent further unauthorized use, block your information from use at all CCBill Clients' Websites. This will not, however, prevent unauthorized use at non-CCBill Clients' Websites, and is not a substitution for your contacting your appropriate channels to prevent further misuse. Should a refund be issued in this case by CCBill, all refunds will be credited solely to the payment method used in the original transaction. CCBill will not issue refunds by cash, check, or to another credit card or payment mechanism.
