  1. How do I access HD Quality Video?

    First, you will need to meet the system requirements. Next, if your browser supports HTML5, you will see an option to turn HD on and off. If your browser uses Adobe Flash, videos will stream using a technology called "Adaptive Bitrate Streaming" which works by detecting a user's bandwidth and CPU capacity in real time and adjusting the quality of a video stream accordingly. Our server switches between streaming the different encodings depending on available resources. "The result: very little buffering, fast start time and a good experience for both high-end and low-end connections. Consumers of streaming media experience the highest quality material when adaptive bit rate streaming is used because the user's network and playback conditions are automatically adapted to at any given time under changing conditions. For an optimal viewing experience we recommend that you install the latest version of Adobe Flash Player. You may do a speed test to determine your average connection speed.

  2. How can I install Adobe Flash Player?

    You can install Adobe Flash Player here.

    Windows users, keep in mind that Internet Explorer requires an installation separate from the installation using Firefox, Chrome or other browsers. If you use multiple Internet browsers you will need to install Adobe Flash Player separately, one time for Internet Explorer and one time all other Internet browsers.

    For an optimal viewing experience we recommend that you install the latest version of Adobe Flash Player.

  3. Can I access my subscription from any computer, anywhere, at anytime?

    Yes. As long as the computer meets the system requirements then you can log in with your registered email address and password to access your subscription from anywhere at anytime.

    No. Sharing of your username and password is strictly prohibited.

  5. I am trying to access CKE18.com and I am getting an error message that I am already logged in on another computer, what should I do?

    In rare cases, customers have forgotten to log out of their account on one computer and have tried to log in again on a separate computer. Since sharing of a single username and password is strictly prohibited, you will get an error message. If you receive such an error message, please contact Customer Service Department. for further assistance.

  7. I tried to log in to view a video and received a message telling me that I have logged in too many times, or am logged in on multiple computers. What should I do?

    Please confirm that other people are not using your account. If you have shared your account information with other people, then you may be prevented from logging in to your account. If you are worried that others are accessing your account, you should change your password under your account profile.

    The best way to prevent this error is to log out of CKE18.com every time you are finished watching video by clicking the Logout button on the top right of any CKE18.com page.

    If you have already seen this error message and you are sure that no one else is using your account, log out of CKE18.com, close all of your open browser windows and exit your browser. Next, re-launch your browser and try logging in again.

  8. Can I view CKE18 on a mobile device?

    We do not have a mobile version of our site at this time. However, if you have a smartphone or mobile device that can browse the regular web, you should have no problem accessing CKE18.com. Our videos meet Apple's technical specifications for web streaming and can be viewed on many mobile devices.

  9. How can I log in to my CKE18 account and watch a video?

    You can log into your CKE18 account from the CKE18 home page. Once you are logged in to your account, you will find many links to view videos. The main video directory pages can be found in the top menu by following the "Media" and "Idols" links.

  10. How can I watch video in Full Screen mode in the CKE18 Media Player?

    To watch video in Full Screen mode, click on the Full Screen icon in the bottom right corner of the Media Player. Once in Full Screen, to go back to the default player size press the ESC key on your keyboard.
